Metambane is a selective post-emergence herbicide used in agriculture to control broadleaf weeds. It is a systemic herbicide used on various crops, including wheat, oats, rye, barley, maize, sorghum, apple and pear.
It specifically eliminates dicotyledonous broadleaf weeds without damaging the cereal or tree crops mentioned above. It is supplied as a soluble liquid.
