Mainspring is a specific insecticide for protecting flowering and ornamental crops grown in greenhouses. Its main function is the rapid and effective control of harmful pests, especially thrips, lepidoptera and leaf miners. It contains cyantraniliprole, an active substance belonging to the diamide chemical family (IRAC group 28), which acts on the insects’ muscular system, causing paralysis and death.
