DANITRON is a specific acaricide-insecticide used in agriculture for pest control, particularly against phytophagous mites. It is effective against several mite species, including tetranychids, such as red spider mite, eriophyids and tarsonemids. It mainly acts by contact and ingestion on the mobile forms of mites, including larvae, nymphs and adults. At higher doses, it also provides partial ovicidal activity.
