GREENHOUSE WIRE (COATED ROPE) APPROX. 150 M

Code: FILOS

An essential element for the construction, support and management of protected crops. Its main uses include creating trellises for plant training, such as tomatoes, cucumbers and courgettes, fastening and tensioning polyethylene or PVC sheets, and suspending anti-hail or shade nets. Polyester wires or coated ropes are used to create overhead row systems to which plants are tied, ensuring vertical growth, improving aeration and facilitating harvesting. PVC-coated polypropylene cables or metal wires are used to tension cover sheets, preventing the wind from lifting them. It is used to create the main support structures or bracing, ensuring strength against weather conditions.
